dunno who was the best, toss up between makelele and vierra for me. Although between them vierra was the most dynamic but didn't really play to the same standard once he left Arsenal. Makelele was really consistant and was still playing at a high level in his mid 30s probably one of the smartest and efficiant players that ever played in the premiership, but boring as hell to watch these short 5 yard passes out of defense.
