BRO, i got you, I fix pc's all the time. In the advanced boot options [F8 key] , which you where in, click SAFE mode,,,, NOT with NETWORKING!!! and just do a system restore its START>type system restore and use admin rights (it dosn't delete anything), reboot then scan it,, i recommend malwarebytes anti-malware hope YOU can fix the problem , nothing beats paying someone to fix something you can do yourself. A very good tip: don't try to fix itself!!! call someone who fix computers :) I've got MANY viruses, much because I tried to fix itself.
