Plus you can get them pal park from emerald (Because when you complete pokedex on that game you get the choice of these starters). Of course, they have to have every pokemon in each of the games. Even pokemon that are given in events, that's why you can hack the games to get Mew in all generations of games. To the hacker community, this is common knowledge. Other wise, there'd be no point of trying to recieve data in trades if a pokemon like Magmar wasn't in Blue in terms of actual code. Most people try to "catch 'em all" but they'll always have them all in the cart.
