They don't have the best available compared to some of the small family farms, but they have the best herbs available in bulk for a decent price all year long, and they know more than most about ideal harvesting times and such.
Be careful with the Mugwort (or any herb for that matter!), because it can be habit-forming, or let the body get lazy and come to rely on it.

One effective way to smoke mugwort is to smoke it.That is put it on charcoal incense blocks and burn it that way. Same effect but less obnoxious than inhaling smoke into your lungs.
Getting to complete lucid dreaming, even using Mugwort, does take time and when you first start using it you'll usually have lots of dreams that are all fairly lucid, though many people can't recall them in the morning.
@saturnoutlaw since the experiment i have been drinking mugwort tea at least 2-3 times a week, and i have them all the time. this video was just me trying it for the first time. and mot people who do drink mugwort usually do have lucid dreams the first time, they just get more intense if you drink it more often.
I tried only putting a teaspoon the other day but this time i drank it at 5am ( after at least having some sleep) and the same thing happened again , i couldnt go back to sleep!
I will try your dosage to see if it makes a difference....have you had more lucids with your mugwort experiments ?
I had my first mugwort tea last night and all it was really disappointing ; the thing kept me up all night i didnt even blink :( I dont know what went wrong there...i brewed a cup + 2 level teaspoon of it for 10 minutes and drank it before bed ( 10pm) no sleep no dreams...I dont know what to make of this , I didnt read anywhere that its a stimulant !

let me know when you try Amanita Muscaria. It's legal and supposedly you will see the afterlife or something equally as inspiring. I've tried a lot of different experiences but never this one. This one was written about in the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Also, DMT should prove to be very interesting. Look up "Spirit Molecule"

try doing 3/4 cup mugwort for 2 cups water.
