Great vid man, just a helpful hint the keyboard does come out all you have to do is bend over 4 little metal tabs once the logic board is removed as 2 of them are under the logic board the keypad should then just push out.

look, i broke it and ripped off the top screen but it still turns on and there is this video in it that i really want and i want to find the memory that it uses so i can get that video :| like the internal memory chip..., or whatever ...,can i do that ???

How do you disassemble the top from bottom? Is there a way to remove the small chrome piece at the hinge point?

you forgot about removing the keyboard cover. theres the 4 side tabs and the 2 top ones, and it lets you get to the actual buttons, ands to threst of things to do keyboard fixes

i had tht fone in pink i fucking hated it coz they dont av a memory card slot which meant i cud only av like 1 song on it in the end i sold it to a guy in a market for £10 i wish i'd just smashed it up now

My Razr has multiple keys that will not work (#,0,8,9,6,9) The water damage indicator is not red and this is the third replacement since last march, I will be contacting the insurance but Iw as wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what to do, does it sound like dirty contacts inside?

are you talking about the prongs for the charger chord? that is what I am saying. It is a Sprint. Can you describe the configuration.? i only see four prong in there. Should there be five?

i think that it should have 5, but I might be wrong, i looked at the pins on my blackberry(it uses the same charger cable) and it has 5

well, the prongs are soldered to the logic board, to you can try to repait them, if you have at&t, you can buy an at&t logic board, and replace it, (verizon and boards are not replaceable, they have a built in SIM) but if you have at&t, you can take out your SIM card and swap the logic board(you will lose photos and contacts) and

that should fix it, but to save your contacts, and photos, write your contacts down, and charge the battery on the replacement logic board, than put in the old logic board and copy the photos to your computer via USB cable, (like a PS3 controller charger cable ,etc.) and that swap the boards again, and put your contacts and photos on the new logic board, or if you have verizon, or sprint, you have to either try to mend the contacts, they may be just bent, or buy an external battery charger
