No, they don't lift every day... nor would I recommend that. That will cause overtraining. 2-3 well planned full body workouts is plenty (on non successive days).
I don't have that... sorry. Honestly, it doesn't really matter... just make sure you address all major muscle groups. Plus I am sure the MD guys do something different every time.
I don't know the exact set/rep scheme... but I imagine the workout is limited volume, most exercises taken to muscular fatigue, and address all major muscle groups.
