  • @ikeballer0717 Yes, but make sure you are properly supervised, use perfect form and technique, and use an appropriate weight... make sure you check out my other videos on this channel too!

  • No, they don't lift every day... nor would I recommend that. That will cause overtraining. 2-3 well planned full body workouts is plenty (on non successive days).

  • I don't have that... sorry. Honestly, it doesn't really matter... just make sure you address all major muscle groups. Plus I am sure the MD guys do something different every time.

  • Approximately how long is the post game workout? Sets? Reps? I assume submaximal loads.

  • I don't know the exact set/rep scheme... but I imagine the workout is limited volume, most exercises taken to muscular fatigue, and address all major muscle groups.
