It is on average though. I myself am overweight, but don't see myself as unhealthy. I eat shitloads lol, but go to the gym almost every day. Depends also on what your definition of healthy is. At the very simplest I define it with how long you can run on the treadmill for (lol)... but I know there's more to it than that
