Eeh.. I believe I saw one in thailand when I was there.. I GOT FREAKED OUT! I was schnorkeling and watching a giant clam and it was like sea grass or ananoms or however its called overall place and I was poking (carefully) on the giant clam anyway when I got closer it came up such a fish from the "Sea grass" damn I got scared, it was kind of square looking and it was HUGE like that one on this video, probably a little bigger, not sure. Regarding your question, pufferfish are only really dangerous if they bite or sting you, and the 'danger' depends on what kind of pufferfish it is. The most you should worry about with a wild puffer is a painful nip or sting that is easily treated. But they can be deadly if improperly prepared by a sushi chef ;)
