Hey. I love the fact that we can have intelligent debate on youtube. And I applaud those posters who refrain from resorting to immature name calling whether you are for or against this. I would like to throw this out for discussion: what about polygamy? Should this be legalized too? What should be the standard of marriage in the United States and who has the authority to set it? I will say upfront that I am a conservative who repsects the views of others. Thanks guys.
I wish I was old enough to realize what was going on in the nineties. Im sixteen now so I've basically grown up with the good old George and I could not disagree with him more.
so it looks like that u would be voting for him just bcause of the same-sex marriage issue..well, if u are going to vote for someone you got to look far beyond than that,not be like others are rigth now doing like..I'll vote for you because you are a woman, or cause we have the same skin color or religious backgroung we should be aware of some of these stuffs,but also keep an eye on other issues,don't u think so?voting for someone just cause he agrees with ur conduct on bed is narrow minded vote
haha, no i agree, but i like his stance on some other issues as well. regardless, however, this issue is probably the most important to me in the world right now and it's not because he agrees with my conduct in bed, but because he agrees with how important marraige is in our society, along with other issues like the environment, gun control etc etc
To all of you who have come here via a link from the anti-gay Americans For Truth site: Please listen to what Gore is saying here. Let's move on from the religious-based antipathy for gay equality and start working together to combat TRUE problems!!
