It depends on the airline and destination.I know for sure Qantas airlines allowed people to take pics/videos in their cockpits,but it was before 9/11. It don't hurt to ask.

Yup, there had an ILS, One in runway 06 and one in runway 24. There also had NDB, VOR and DME.

actually PAL have A300's.

You are wrong, All airliners are expected to follow FAA regulations. Even the Civil Aviation Association of the Philippines has the same regulations or is based with FAA regulations for air safety.

Cool video. I should let my friend watch this video. He is a pilot for Hawaiian Airlines. In March 2008, Hawaiian Airlines will be having a direct flight from Honolulu to Manila 3 or 4 times a week. They'll be using the Boeing 767-300ER for the 11 hour journey.
