Well there have been attacks on people im afraid there have been quite a few resently . But I think the problem with that is that wolves kill or seriously injure anything or anyone that crosses on to their territory. And resently they have been istablishing territories close to people. Wolves kill to eat and probably for self defence im sure as well. That is why im okay with killing a wolf out of defence because we have the right to protect are selves. Wolf hunting has been taken to far.

Animals aren't evil. They aren't good either. They're just animals. they follow their instincts. Wolves aren't the first animals to kill their cubs. Maybe the pack was starving, and it was more merciful than starving to death? I saw a lion kill another lion's cubs. As for the wolves killing 40 camels without eating them: i've read about that from an article about why sheepdogs can become sheep killers. In sheepdogs, the impulse to kill an animal running away from then (prey) is cut short...

Their instinct to kill is bred out of them, but sometimes, instinct rears it's head and after chasing down a sheep, the sheepdog doesn't stop - it bites. one thing leads to another and it kills. Wolves have the same instinct, stalk the prey, run down prey - kill prey. The scent of fear and the screams of the prey actually encourage this reaction in the wolves.

They can, yes, and that is the reason some people afraid of them. They are not only defenceless victims. I think that human can kill them more faster, and, moreover, without any reason. Every creature can kill you if you put it into danger. But too many people see at nature and wolves as well from the angle of their fear and prejudices.
