the role of fuhrman is exaggerated in this movie. they never lost the murder weapon, nobody ever proved that the murder happened when fuhrman said and that fact had nothing to do with why skakel got convicted.

This is a really good film - far superior to most of those BASED-ON-A-TRUE-STORY

tv movies shown on c5 and True Entertainment. The writing is great and the actors do it justice, Jon Foster is, as always, flawless and makes you feel sorry for the mixed up teenager he portrays.

This movie should have been better. The book and story itself were fascinating. Its too bad the movie really Holly-wooded it up.

@edgeg70: I haven't read the book yet, but considering that this is a made-for-Tv-movie, it's quite above average. Maybe they should have casted a better actress for the leading role, but Jon Foster is great. There something about him that reminds me of Christian Bale in "All the Little Animals", he's great in playing shy, sensitive guys. Thanks for the comment, anyway.
