There's a few Targets that have the cart escalators, usually ones that are located inside other complexes.

Classic! This is one Vermaport video in which it stops working when a woman walked into the Vermaport while pushing her cart in. The Vermaport (the actual name for it) has an electric eye and shuts that side down if there's an obstruction detected.
