This game was in Chico, CA he was on the south all stars and i was on the north all stars. It was a joke and an embarrasment to watch him pitch. He can still mash though. he won the home run derby the day before.

It amazes me when I see pro-baseball players that have no idea how to pitch. everything was wrong with his mechanics. the strange thing is a lot of guys can't begin to pitch even though they have been in baseball there whole life and are "world class athletes".

hey at the home run derby in 2001 in vegas..all the top guys then, all juiced to the gills, canseco won, and hit more balls further then i have ever seen...

he was prob using a corked bat, and the wind was blowing out 25 mph..

he hit 10 that were at least 700 feet!!!

I was there for this and was both laughing at him and crying for the South team. Poor Nick Guerra had to catch him. *sigh* And not for nothing, but Goodman from the Surf Dawgs hit more than twice as many homeruns as Canseco did. Goodie got it.

As a knuckleball pitcher for my high school team, he is an absolute disgrace to all knuckleball pitchers around the country. He has no freakin clue how to throw it. He steps completely to first base and thats why he throws it wide right all the time. Not to mention his arm slot is completely wrong. He like flicks the pitch from his waist line. He's such a retart I hope no other team lets him pitch ever again.
