Hey Brian on the 20th of this month we are having a large party for our daughters 8th Birthday party and I will be smoking a 30 lb hog shoulder and leg Jimbo sent me some of your rub I am so looking forward to using it I must say I have tried it on a burger and some chops But not on a long smoke I will be making a video of it Take care -Jason
