He uses his turntables to manipulate effect thats why he's so special, would you guys say all the famous guitarists in the world sucked just cus they weren't technical about there playing why hahn and every other famous musician is trying to do is allow you to forget about everything in the world and just chill out to the amaz. sounds that they play.

Linkin Park, being one of the absolute best rock bands at LEAST popularity wise as you can't argue the fact they set a sale record regarding number of albums sold in the first week of release; would they really carry a poor DJ? Mr. Hahn is one of the best, and is key in every one of their songs, some more than others. Learn the band a little bit before you so ignorantly try to criticize them.

i never stated that mr hahn was a battle dj. If you think the turntablists i just posted can't duplicate what mr hahn did, you obviously don't know either one of them. I never bashed mr. hahn's skills as a musician. i was simply replying to the posts that stated he was one of the best djs in the world. he isn't a dj. A dj is a person who selects and plays prerecorded music for an audience. He is a turntablist and nowhere near the skills of the ones i posted. learn your shit before you talk it.

also. success has different meanings. Mr Hahn is well known because he is the "dj" for Linkin Park. DJ Qbert is the most widely known/respected turntablist out there. X-Ecutioners are big in the dj and hip hop world. if you're stating mix master mike is not more succesful than mr. hahn, then i'm assuming you dont know hes the turntablist for the Beastie Boys. Mr Hahn is a succesful muscian with alot of talent. i'm simply stating he's not the worlds best dj/turntablist.
