It's such a pity the choir is terrible. Tenors especially (4:40), but generally flat throughout or just wrong notes. Not much you can do with a choir who refuse to sing in tune... I hope to god that was a first read through sight reading? Nice clear beat pattern though, and helpful comments.

I like how you utilize your movement even as you are talking and giving instruction. Too often directors stand like statues during the "rehearsal" portion, making it hard to connect the concept and the conducting. Nice work

Never make an audible breath sound before a phrase! That's what I was taught on my conducting course!
