Tbh I've played wow for 3yrs and Ill happily stand up and say its got the worst pvp system around. It's completely imbalanced and with the introduction of the arena equipment and Resiliance it's straight up pointless now. Guildwars has got by far the most balanced and rewarding pvp system around where your use of skill's outdoes how big your sword is or how good your gear is like in wow.

I've played both of them. Shaiya is far superior to both of them put together, the company has invested millions into this game. Unlike the other two, Shaiya guides you alot more as you start off, and it's fairly quick to level at first. Most of your low level armour can be obtained through quests. Graphics are better,races/classes are better, the community is better.

I'd recommend downloading it, don't let your impression of LC and 12Sky sway your decision, it really is worth it.

The problem with world of warcraft is that its in the past. Yes it has alot of people and yes they are addicted, but its got mediocre graphics and compared to alot of games its just not up to speed, its the addictiveness that alot of people fall into but ive played 10+ MMO's for atleast 2 months each and in PvP guild wars beats WoW, in teaming city of heroes beats it, in creativity age of conan beats it, its just not that great anymore. Downloading shaiya now lets see what its got =D

Only if you're Light you can attack Dark, and vice versa. To fight someone who is the same Alliance as you, you have to duel them.

umm hi im just starting shaiya so i was wandering if any of you could answer my question. wat is the highest lvl you can get to? if you kill some1 in pvp do you get xp or is it like rs and you get there stuff? so uh just message me back

well lvl 50 on normal unlock hard mode and lvl 50 hard mode unlock ultimate mode but max lvl is 60. well you get exp and they drop what ever equipement is in their inventory

Nuff said? Actually, no. Shaiya is free because its a crappy mmo. WoW costs money because its makers need money to keep the best mmo in the world working properly.

Ahh, but WoW contains these defining factors.

Too Much Nerds, Too Much Grind. Blizzard never makes new models for monsters, just reskins them (very rarely they make new ones, but heck, VERY rarely, you can usually find "new" monsters skinned differently in other parts of the game), WoW is insanely priced for an MMO. And, Shaiya has 1500 vs 1500 PVP, WoW's is nowhere near that scale.
