Exactly. This rabid fanboyism and staunch support of companies who only want to take our money is crazy. I've always found myself buying the Playstation brand, but only because the exclusive titles it seems to have suit my taste better. Other than that I have no loyalty for them. The last gen I had PS2 and Xbox, but the Xbox never got used hardly. This time I just bought PS3 and I'm happy with that. If Xbox suddenly gets better exclusives, I'd jump ship.

I prefer pc to either console, but it has been my experience that colors look better on 360 and images look sharper on ps3. In many cases the stronger more vibrant color makes the 360 look better during actual gameplay even though the quality of the image is almost identical.
