the only reason his elbow is high is because of his slot. the only thing i would say is to get more shoulder rotation out front and less use of the elbow. If u wanna see what that looks like go to brian wilson pitching mechanics and pause it at his release point.Beautiful.

His timing looks solid. I don't like how his elbow gets fairly high though...
