My computer isn't slow... I can play BF3 with mostly Ultra settings at 35-60fps and dolphin gets like 7 frames per second and if I turn off frame skipping, occasionally It'll go to 30fps but the game is playing in slow motion! Whyyyyyyy???

another good way to speed up a bit faster is to go into (windows) go into task manager then press proccesses tab then rightclick on dolphin.exe and set the priotity to high :3 thumbs up if this helped

@thepivotmaster130 are you running windows? if you are use directx it is WAY faster and the only reason I'm using opengl is because mac os x can't use directx. i could but that would involve installing windows on my mac.

Im using a Melle rom,and my higest speed is 33%.

Im using my moms CP,and i cant get it to go any higher.Please,any help getting this t run at ANYTHING higher than my normal 20-24% would be helpfull

@thepivotmaster130 it's very simple. Update your directX, your microsoft visual c++ and if you have windows x64, download Dolphin x32 (yeah x32, cause it's the only one working with the x64 version). Hope i helped

hey thanks man it worked not exactly correct but it did speed up i have a mac book pro im not gonna tell the specs of it but without these settings i couldn't even run super mario strikers for ngc it kept going slow mo but with these it runs on 80 % but by the feel of it its running perfectly and for the people who doesn't have open gl download his dolphin in the description

@241rayman sorry for a late reply... iv got a laptop with nearly the same specs but with win 7. i havent really had a good speed with wii games, but gamecube games like paper mario and super mario sunshine actually work well on a pentium processor... just make sure you enable efb copy to RAM. that should increase speed...
