so yeah, no kids were even exposed to the song (until now) but you cant compare this to kids being exposed to it in other instances. 0n film sets/music videos, the parents of the children are aware of what they are exposing there kids to. While I do think an arrest, and being charged with Child Pornography is extreme, but I do feel for the parents that are involved with this. Im sure no waivers were signed and no parents were aware that their child would be featured in a video of that nature.

let's not forget here, noone was harmed, the kids wouldn't know about this if it wasn't for the media and the parents. so by the parents and media making a big deal out of this, its exposing the kids too this.

@GHOST0FKAG TV stations get permission from schools all the time to film the little kids waving while they say "merry christmas from ms. shelia's 3rd grade class! wzzm tv 13!" and then show the weather forcast before going to commercial. the media uses images of children all the time. and if im shooting a video of my child @ the play ground, and someone else's kid walks into frame, i dont think thats against youtube community guidlines. and it wasn't a "PEDO" song, just a dirty song.

Seriously bro, I just heard about this story and it absolutely enrages me. They are trying to make an example out of him and for absolutely no reason. How about our government spends their resources on something that will actually make a difference. Cases like this make a mockery of our legal system and really make me lose faith. It's like a bad episode of the Twilight Zone. And BTW, I totally though of Steven Lynch when I first heard this story too.
