did you try to configure the pedals or did you start racing without looking at the settings. I don't know what wheel you have but if you have software and you can check combined pedels somewhere, be sure you do this in the LFS setting too.

at transition you should stay off the gas pedal.

When i started i noticed that i did want to floor the pedal too much what made me spin. specially when your tires are getting hot you should be careful with the gas.

yes, this game has the most realistic physics, unfortunatly the graphics are not. But of course this is not the only game i play.

@Corneel19 Looks like you haven't played NFS Shif 2 Unleashed. You will forget every other car racing game on this planet after playing it. Although Forza Motorsport has better tracks but if you want good tracks with trees and brigdes then NFS Hotpursuit 2010 has it.

Like i said, i don't play LFS for the graphics. This game has the best physics of all racinggames.

I played NFS shift pretty much but it is a bit of a mix between arcade and simulator and that's not good. a game should be arcade or a simulator. I have NFS hot pursuit, that's an example of an arcade game. Its so fake but verry fun to play. Gran Turismo 5 is overall the best race game i played. is Shift 2 more realistic than Shift 1? so more simulator?

but if you want some good looking tracks just like in Hot Pursuit 2010 then Forza has got it. But Shift 2 is still better.

G25 is cheaper, has a sequential mode on the shiften but i never use it actually because it has pedals on the wheel. It does make pretty much noise.

The G27 has more buttons on the steeringwheel and is nicly quiet.

@SGKproductions09 his steering technique isnt the best, it works fine in LFS but if he was to do stuff like cross his arms over in real life it wouldnt really work any good and it leads to crazy arms

i also till last year just drifted in LFS, it pretty much let me skip all the basics and get my steering technique to a really good point so on my 1st drift day i did better then people who have been doing it for years

why would the engine stall or the gearbox break by pressing the brake. Above 1000 rpm you don't need to clutch to prevent the engine from stalling.

in ken blocks video, ken block using his paddle shifters on his wheel but I have no idea whether it has clutch or not. But I just love his style when he drifting, he still running in high RPM. I know this NFS game is not a simulator for that. but I just curious about your unused paddle shifters.

ok, Ken Block has no cluch then. he probably uses the handbrake verry often and high rpm power. in real cars the shift pedals stay in one position so you can find them.

You can raise your RPM when you turn your car when it drift.
