Awesome help there guy, well i guess 1 thing we all have in common is that horrible pain. The only other pain i had that came close to the herniated disk in my back was when i fractured both of my ankles my right ankle needed surgeory because the skin was broken and it exposed the ligaments which a couple were torn right off the bone, and yet that didn't hurt as much as my back 12 years of grief physically and mentaling it was very drainning.
@dhide14 He doesn't need to be a professional to share things that worked for him. But yes, you are right... seeing the doctor is good to confirm issues. For example, my doctor said, "You can't do anything but take pain killers." Big help.
I suffered the same problem just as I turned 29! I have to mention that I was athletic type of person, jogged and done aerobics for quite a while... but obviously I haven't put enough attention to the crucial muscles that would protect my spine! Everyone should know that being fit is not about simply having 6-packs and biceps to show off :) Btw, thanx for these videos!
The muscles that compress the spine and give stability r the smaller muscles which suffer atrophy due to our bigger muscle groups taking over. The small muscles which require strengthening include transverse abdominus, multifidus & internal obliques. These muscles make up your inner unit & provide spinal stability.
Nice back porch view!
