  • id fight him off cause i got anger management.

  • Hoo Ya Class 479 Pearl Harbor april 1979

  • masters of the Deep

  • that would piss me off so much to get my gear pullled off like that.

  • is the new generation of kids even capable of opening a door let alone anthing technical, i believe there is gonna be a huge demand to fill these qualified positions in the future, because the kids nowadays just suck.

  • @impleasen yea i am in this pathetic generation and an involved scuba diver and i guess im smart cause i get this scuba stuff but some kids in my class were clueless

  • This Vid's made at NDSTC in Panama City and NAVY DIVERS conduct the training.

SEALs ARE in this video working along side Navy Divers during Sub.Lock-out and SDV Ops. Don't compare the career fields. We are masters of our specific career fields. Seals cannot do what divers do. The training isn't there. Divers cannot do what EOD techs do. For info on what Deep Sea is REALLY all about search "Keepers Of The Deep (Trailer)". It's my deployment last year as a DEEP SEA DIVER.

    HOO-YAH AMERICA

  • u don't havetob in the vavy to do deepsea diving there r schools for it

  • uma uma

  • HOOYAH Deep Sea!

  • Do people get attacked by sharks or other dangerous fish?

  • Comment removed

  • getting strangled, that outta be fun. better prepared than sorry though....

  • Can someone tell me if it's hard to get in the training program once you're in the navy as a sailor or whatever...?

    thanks a lot

  • If you want to go SPECWAR or SPECOPS go to your recruiter and ask him for a contract for EOD or Diver or whatever you want...dont join and then go in. Go straight in. But make sure your ready becuase if you quit you go back to the fleet. Make sure your a good runner...thats one of the biggest things.

  • nice work fella's...keep it up

  • Just curious, is there a difference between a combat diver(possibly navy diver) and a SEAL? I know on the Army side of the house there is the 21Delta(combat diver) then there are the Scuba ODAs.

    This looks totally badass tho.

  • yes there is a huge difference.

  • Hoo Yah Deep Sea!

    84-007

  • song name?

    Great Vid.

  • The song is "Save Me" by Damageplan

  • WOO!!! DEEP SEA... 08-80-2C!!

  • Pretty awesome and actually informative video. Too bad the music is shitty

  • Guitartguru1191- That suit is called a 1 atmosphere suit. The NEDU (Naval Experimental Dive Unit) was testing that suit out and it might be in full use now, not sure. It keeps the body at one atmosphere or pressure no matter how deep you are. It can go down to about 1000 feet if I recall correctly. HOOYAH!!

PS- Seals go through similar pool week training using different gear. The principles are the same though. DONT PANIC! hahaha

Us Army Deep Sea Diver OUT

  • Are u still active duty as a Navy Diver?

  • Is there still the same f**king argument over if this is SEAL or DEEP SEA. Whoever thinks this is a SEAL video is a dumbass. I cant personally say cause I wasnt there but my brother graduated a few days ago from Navy diveschool and the videos are the SAME. This was part of his trainning. I know some guys who went through BUDS too and they did not do this.

  • wat r those suits at 1:35 called?

  • thats the Hardsuit 2000......its capable to take the most experienced divers to depths of 2000 feet.

  • thank you

  • i have the discovery DVD " NAVY SEALS " and it's a reality show of who they train and sufer to be a "NAVY SEAL "

  • DMDIBBS's right, its training to see if you can keep your cool and stay calm when you realise you have no air supply, and you need to sort your kit out to breathe again.

Its also very good training to remove your kit and put it back together again underwater, im a diver myself and I have done that many times. in the pool and the sea.

  • Yes I agree, DMDIBBS is right, i could only guess he is a man of the deep, and wears his blue and gold proudly as we all do. I admire such a man. Thank Dave Gove (MDV) for making this video possible. And may god smile upon us men of the sea, we kings of the deep.

  • the reason why they roll them around in the pool is to try and set the affects up as they would be experiencing if they have to go in a ocean while they get twisted around they have to fix there gear so its like a reallife situation when they in a ocean and they gettin knocked around by the tides

  • i am interested in joining the navy, does anyone know why they were rolling them around in the bottom of the pool ?

  • Ok. Well I couldnt respond to ur post earlier so I sent you a message. Let me know if u got it.

  • AND why the fuck is everything always about who is better US or the UK we are both good and we are on the SAME team guys holy hell

  • Royal Navy divers are better. The navy has very little money to spend on kit and equiptment so it means that 250 men have to be trained to do a lot of jobs. Whereas USA divers are a bit thick and can only be trained to do one discipline (frogman/EOD/uw EOD/Engineering/

  • wow you truely are pathetic! what are you 14 15 years old where you still think that it really matter which country has better divers, militar, our leader? its like i am back in 1st grade and you are telling me your dad could beat up my dad. lol see for one thing who is better is all in the eye of the beholder two, we will never find out who is "better" cause they do not have competitions on who has the better divers.

  • plus if you really want to argue. lets use logic. ok... so here is a question. is a handy man(some one who is experienced in all trades) better at a company that only specializes in one field? see your logic is that because he is ok at all things means that he is better then a group of people that are experts in that one thing. ya they know alittle about everything but SEALs are better a beach clearing cause thats all they practice and EOD are better at disarming. remember practice makes perfect

  • actually that zacht is right, the video has the SEAL dive qual in it. so this video is actually wrong. the first part when the instuctors are screwing with that guy. THAT IS NOT regular navy dive shit that is Navy SEALs along with the running part too.so mike actually you are the jackass. aAND Zacht is right again with that reg. navy divers have nothing to do with combat. However the SEALs do and that is why at the first part of the movie you could tell those were navy seals!

    Marine 0321

  • Hey. Sorry but I got to argue with u a bit. In the beginning where the instrucotrs are screwing with the guy, that is regular navy dive trainning. SEALs might do it too but EOD and Deep Sea go through dive school in Fl and that is part of their trainning.

  • He is not FIGHTING off the instructor. If you look, you can see that the diver is just waiting for the instructor to finish tangling the lines and changing the nozzles on the air tanks. The drill is to make sure the diver will not panic and can repair his tank and lines in case of an emergency. I can see where someone could make that assumtion, but I base my arguement on facts that are provided to me by my brother who is IN the deepsea diver program in the U.S. Navy in Panama City, Fl right now.

  • i did not know the navy does sat

  • Oh dear, Spelling is obviously not part of the entry exam. deepseaMK20, What I meant to say is that you guys have 1 diver for each type of discipline. We have 1 diver trained in all of them. That said we don't have a 'mammal' unit if you consider them divers that is.

  • royal navy? salvage...EOD...engindeering? what do you mean, unlike the royal navy? u.s. navy divers do all that shit too....trust me.

  • Oh dear, Spelling is obviously not part of the entry exam. deepseaMK20, What I meant to say is that you guys have 1 diver for each type of discipline. We have 1 diver trained in all of them. That said we don't have a 'mammal' unit if you consider them divers that is.

  • Good video. But why do you have commercial diver pics mixed in there. I saw about 4 different pics of non military divers, not only that they were all Canadian's. The reason I know this is because 3 of the pics you used are from a company I work for which has nothing to do with the USN and the fourth pic has ME in it. Good compalation

  • Bad ass motherfukers ... US NAVY !!!

  • SEALs, even badder ass motherfukers

  • Totally different job... jackass

  • refering to zacht3939

  • Heh, underwater combat. That's pretty hardcore.

  • most isn't combat at all, they do everything from welding to salvage rescue, the do anything under the surface

  • Its sad how you must use Commercial divers pics to make a video for you guys........ SAD SAD SAD

  • Respect to all the hard working "buble heads"

    U.S Oilfield divers RULE....

    Roger...out.

    p.s: ...NO VIZ.....NO PROBLEM!

  • The Royal Navy have Clearance Divers that can do just about anything and unlike the US Navy are all trained in all of the disciplines, Salvage Deep diving, Technical, EOD , MCT, Engineering, VSW the list goes on.

  • dude shut the fuck up, you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. i dont see you doing either of them you ignorant bastard

  • I go to Commercial diving academy and I have a huge respect for the U.S Navy divers, and all that they've done for all of us.

  • I approve of this video and just for the record I am not dead.

  • no one is more raw than the us navy divers. my dads a master chief master diver, ive seen it first hand. nobody can say anything bad about these guys. they are the backbone of the US military

  • navy diver holds current record for depth. everyting the military does there the best at, flying, diving, shooting, etc. its there job and there life depends on it.

  • cant wait till i join :D can sum 1 tell me wot song this is?!?!

    chaaaars

  • lol thats the same traning navy seals do and my dad was 40 years old when he took that test(just to be a diver) and 20 year old kids dropped out.

  • When ever you guys want to do some real work come to the GOM

  • 544th En Dive Team

  • ARMY DIVERS ARE BETTER... HOOYAH DEEP SEA... 569th ENG DIVE TEAM OUT

  • So does that mean you didn't go to NAVAL Diving and Salvage Training Center to learn how to dive.

  • my bro is doing that right know!

  • First; nice video/pics. Secondly,I thought the sounds track sucks and was kinda on the gay side. But, I realize everyone has different tastes.I would agree some navy divers are very skilled, but also say divers outside of the military make some incredible accomplishments.World record depths, cave penetration, wildlife studies. Some incredible video and photographs too.Too bad military divers couldnt get more pics and vid for us to watch, because I bet some of the stuff they see is amazing.

    Thanx.

  • my bro is doing that right know! he left a week ago.

  • BUT ARMY DIVERS ARE BETTER HA HA

  • hello... Navy and water Army and dirt

  • Looks fun, but gets boring after a while. It's underwater construction work.

  • If you're bored on bottom, you're probably not getting much work done.

  • jim suits, what pieces of junk.

  • estupendo video soy buzo de venezuela....

  • Great video!! I saw a couple of buddies of mine in there. Nothing like 15' feet below water and having your insructor beat the snot out of you and try to make you drown.

  • LUKE, I'm YOUR FATHER

  • Navy Divers are the best in the world at what they do: DIVING. This is why the majority of them make it a career. Oil rig workers are good at the single job of working on rigs. Navy Divers raise and fix ships and subs, clear harbors in hostile environments, conduct saturation diving and submarine rescue, treat divers with "the bends" and work with SEAL, EOD and Marine combat diving teams among other things. They also developed the decompression and treatment tables ALL divers use today.

  • The best in the world? At what? They get a rude awakening when they go 'offshore' in the oil business!

  • HOOYAH DEEPSEA! I want a copy....Retired USN/DV

  • wow, absolutely awesome. I'm a blackwater rescue diver on the fire dept & Navy veteran. I wish I would've pursued Navy Diver - it was offered to me as a reenlistment incentive. These guys are the best in the world.

  • Blackwater actually has Rescue Divers?

  • Not THE Blackwater private contractor company - Blackwater as in no-visibility diving.

  • sweet
