  • There's nothing more appealing than a corporate mascot in creepy facepaint with a voice of a 40-a-day smoker..

  • that pinheaded clown on the box must have a brain the size of a chestnut

  • youtube. com/watch?v=A3h8yjLQAGc

  • I wish they still had commercials like this. This one actually made me laugh :)

  • DIG 'EM!

  • YEAH - sugary sweet. From the days when sugar was OK. I once ate 5 bowls in a row...I believe that was called the munchies back then :-D

  • lol were all hook on sugar smacks now

  • rly crappy acting

  • Dear From The Sidelines, Actually? Mr.Lyons said at the opening of "The Adventures Of Superman".."Kellogg's The Greatest Name In Cereals..Presents! The Adventures Of Superman!".

  • omg classic shit

  • The opening title only flashed the sponsor's name {"Kellogg's presents.."}, with Charlie Lyon billboarding, "KELLOGG'S...The Greatest Name In Cereals....presents- 'THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN'!". At the end, an announcer would say, "Don''t miss the next exciting episode in the amazing adventures of Superman...{Charlie Lyon again} presented by KELLOGG'S, The Greatest Name In Cereals!". Individual cereals were never mentioned in the sponsor I.D.'s, 'Earl'.

  • they all like it becasue their all addicts, just look at the name, sugar smacks, code name for xtacy !!!

  • I own this on a vhs set that you'll never able to find, TRUST ME!! This ad is from the 50s.

  • that is scariest clown ever

  • xP I do not like Sugar Smacks very muh.

  • That effing clown is a prime example of why those creepy bastards terrify me!

  • This was shown at the end of several 1953-'54 episodes of "THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN", because Kellogg's was promoting "new" Sugar Smacks at the time. "Clark" and friends always delivered a plug for Kellogg's cereals at the end of the show.

  • Do you know if the intro and outro for "The Adventures of Superman" mentioned Sugar Smacks (or any product, FTM) when it originally aired?

  • "Folks, don't wait" Sound's like a charity commercial

  • awesome.

  • the super man of all super man.
