have a look for a guitarist called frank usher . at the moment he plays with the band of the ex marillion front man fish . he would fit rather well into that category too !
Excellent! I remember this being on a comipilation from Old Grey Whistle Test years ago. Saw John Otway recently and he is still doing this. Check out his live DVD. He does a flying headbutt accross the stage which actually busts his head open! Like a true professional (professional what?) he keeps on going. Great live act and well worth seeing
