  • what kind of alcohol ?

  • Can u use zippo lighter fuel lolol ?

  • will antifreez work instead of alchohol?

  • It worked

  • so cool i m ao trying that

  • Very well done, very informative. The music was a major distraction and actually prevented me from hearing you a few times. Other than that, I salute you, that was awesome. Thanks.

  • the high close lip on your priming pan is what is making it harder to light. your priming pan is getting no oxygen. you need a lower or no lip or a much wider pan, whatever you can do to allow more oxygen in it.

  • put alchol in the can things

  • can u make a vid on your minnow trap catching fish??

  • where do u put the things u want to cook

  • @hhuntingboy593

    In a pot.

  • Very good bro, for your age and for anyone that is twice your age you have some knowledge brother!! I see great things from you in the future, keep up the hard work!!

    Wilson's Wilderness

  • not bad ;) not my way of cooking in the woods but definitley not bad ;) im still more of a cook-over-an-open-fire kind of guy but like i said not bad =) 5/5

  • how to make the axe

  • have u ever bean camping and use it its cool :]

  • When you were trimming off the excess you could have just heated up the aluminum with a torch to make I malleable and rolled it over.

  • great video!!

  • good vid!! but i think the problem why the stove took so long time to cage on fire is because you have to little holes. the same happend to my stove. but then i made some more holes and it worked alot better. but still a good vid 5/5.

  • Great vid its really a good stove i did it and its such a good idea also you look a lot like my cousin Manual =)

  • This is actually the only good step by step vid on this type of stove that ive seen on youtube

  • @Bassman018

Thanks alot man, its good to here from people that like my video style

    Cheers

  • no problem, I watched a couple of your vids lately and it good to see other teens involving themselves in the outdoors.

  • what type of alcohol do u use?

  • @Bumwegg Methyl alcohol better known as HEET or "fondue alcohol"

  • @wildernesscraftsman Can you use regular beer/ wine? because if your in the wilderness it would be easier to and you also have a popcan too

  • @bigdrummerboy6

No you cant, Beer/wine is between 4-10% alcohol depending on the type. Your going to need at LEAST 75% alcohol for this stove. You could try using somthing like Ever Clear but i i imagine it would have limitid sucess

  • everclear works good for stoves! it is kind of a pain in the ass to get your hands on if your a minor, it is better to distill your own white lightning and use that. and plus since it is drinkable you can store your fuel in a container that you may use for edible or drinkable stuff. also try starting the hole with a tack and then use an awl, that is one of the many ways to do it!

  • good jobbb!!...

Your priming pan is to hi on the edge.

You can also use a can lid side cut to keep the lip in tact, they work very well.

    keep on learning

check out the "uni can capillary stove" by mrbilltroop73 i think.

simpleto make, no priming and burns in the cold even the like the teh very cold and you can carry a wick for back if you feel the need after testing.

keep learning, great job on the stove.

  • nice video very good

  • good luck on that pocket size and great vid 5/5

  • Great Video! hope you win the pocket sized contest!
