this song is about vipassana meditation and the truth it reveals in experience. I know rhis because John F is doing this meditation still and did it intensely for 6 months before the record (believe me this is extremely intense and a very hard type of meditation to do but most rewarding). the whole band actually did. It's beautiful expressive and touching. It can be about the girl you love, the dreams you have, yourself anything and everything thst is posative :)
