That's because she crosses her arms a lot! Plus, she needs to get rid off that black scarf, which just make her look even worst!
Look at 5:4, 3:3, 13:1, and 13:2, those are very well dressed and flirty women, which carry themselves with confidence! I would had asked any one of them out if I was living in NY, which I don't unfortunately!!
