I think tony killed him because he didint have a choice, he had worned chrissy already about drugs plus he put tonys life in danger because he was high.Everyone would have found out in the end he was high from one of the doctors and tony would lose face infront of the guys for helping him, and of course wouldent you just be genuinly mad if you were tony in that situation?
