  • Beautiful! Beautiful!

  • @stevecraignet

I´m glad that you liked my video! :)

  • @polo44844

Sorry, but I´m speaking only German or English.

    Greetings

    Mega

  • Looks like six kids fighting over a spider!

  • quantos CV?

  • is it a radial sterling whit hot water in pipelines ?

    I'm right ?

  • Lol, looks around 120 RPM

  • Really odd looking at this. I'm used to the internal combustion 4-stroke radial so an even number of cylinders just seems weird. I'm just not used to the 2-stroke nature of a steam engine.

  • Nice work, i like it !

  • @atv1vs1mx

I´m glad that you liked my video and the motor! :)

  • only one rod is fixed to the crankshaft .. which of them?

  • @4mulas bottom left #2?

  • @Y0n3z I suspect that's number 1 cylinder since it's the first after the break and the action seems to be clockwise so it's the first to give a 'stroke'.

  • 본 영상에 나온 Dampfsternmotor Steam Radial Engine 구매 할 수 있나요?

  • ill have one of these for my car please!

  • @stefos100

I´ve seen once a video here on YouTube about an American chopper motorcycle with a real radial engine.

  • Is it just me or are do the pistons move less smoothly the farther away their conrod is from the main one? At first I thought this made them have a different stroke but I think it just makes them jerk between up and downstroke.

  • pretty old piece of art

  • @jcmbica

I´m glad that you liked it.

In fact it´s a new and selfmade model.

  • It's a radial engine, doesn't matter if it's steam powered or gasoline powered, the basics are the same. The main difference is the crosshead piston and slide to allow the steam cylinder to be double acting. The master and link connection to the crankshaft is exactly same as a gas powered engine. Very nice model. Good video.

  • @whorayful

Thanks you for your nice comment! :)

  • No I would like to see you guys build It.

  • @Francis362003

I don´t know who has build this motor. I´ve only filmed it.

  • Build a Steam engine train based on that.

  • @Francis362003

    You´ve build it?

  • I dare you to build a steam locomotive based on this.

  • @Francis362003

Sorry, but sometimes my old and rusty English isn´t good enough to understand.

Can you say it in other words?

  • @megatwingo

Put one of these on a steam train

  • @scott93257

If I had the money, the knowledge and the time for such a thing...shure. Why not? :-)

  • Nice,great old engine.

  • @elswick1542

I´m glad that you liked my video, but this engine is new. It´s a new selfmade model engine.

  • @megatwingo Even better!

  • looks like a little kid on crack trying to break free of his shackles

  • Smooth running and I bet it has a good torque rating being double acting

  • Tetszik ,de erőt veszít efajta hajtás szerintem.

  • Funny looking

  • sehr interessante Detailaufnahmen - sehr gelungen:-)

  • Danke für das Lob, Hansko! :)

  • Interessantes Video!!
