1m 13 5ft3 and 110 lbs im good with a clutch and a fast rider, i ride track and trails and somtimes some mud i want more power im comming from a ttr 125L too slow for me it was a starter and ive had it for 2 years now and im prety good on a 100 my friend has one and i love it, is this a good bike for trail track and somtimes mud apposed to a125 for my hight and wieght, and i know how fast it goes and thats good for me, so 100, good bike for me?

I was doing this trail one time up in the mountains and it rained the day before and I was on a Kx 85 and I kinda was stuck in the deep, thick mud and I wasn't getting any traction so I put my feet to the side and pushed and gave it some throttle, I was still stuck so I just kind of slowly popping the clutch and slowly made it through it and then at the last part of the mud it popped and and did a wheelie and it dumped the bike back sending me in the mud and cracking the plastic. True story.

@mw2snipr100 to tell you the truth i was that hieght when i was 7yrs old (im vey tall 13 and im 6ft 1) and i was still riding a rm 65 but if you have ridin a bik before you be able to take the power of a 85 because a 100 is for people that can take the power of 85 but not ready for a 125. hope this help and sorry for the late response.;)

@TheB3stOfTheB3st KX100 is too big for 5'1. I'm 5'7 and I am on my tiptoes when straight up. I think you'd fit an 85 better. KX100 would be something once you start growing more. :)

@MrDoodahhh  i dont know but i was like 4'9 and now im 5'9 anyways, when i got my kx 85 as a beginner bike so im guessing its ok just as you go faster make sure to change the gears cus the bike will tend to lift up for some reason

the kx 100 is a mad bike i bought it for my son but have rode it myself and no shit i can keep up with any 450 untill 5th gear and eat them up through the tight stuff, the only mod it has is a fmf power core 2 exaust.

i have the 100 but its a 04 its pretty cool, i like quads more but the 100 is stable in any terrain and has enuf power so i dont have to run a paddle in the sand. it has an fmf shorty silencer, renthal grips, and a D.I.D chain.
