Koreans can't play TF2 because they are unwilling to pay money for legitimate PC games.

TF2 Support is perfect in Korea.

There's Korean localization for Steam, there are plenty of local servers,

and even the game itself is properly localized.

Anyone willing to buy can play it without a hitch.

It's just that not many are willing to.

This is precisely why Korea is FILLED with ripoff shitty online games plagued with microtransactions.
