Yea, you want to run these bad boy's @2ohms, make sure you have at least 1.0 fared cap. to give your battery some assistant and plus it'll make your speakers sound better.

just turn your volume up to the loudest that you want it, then turn the gain up on the amp until you hear distortion from the sub, like it's not playing the note correctly, then turn the gain down slowly until there is no distortion. Then youll have maxed out the amp with the subs at the loudest volume.

Why do you need a cap? That amp should power those subs fine by itself, if your having a problem with your lights dimming, invest in a new battery for your car. Love those subs though, sound great in real life.

go get your pioneer since you obsessed with it. I wouldn't get a p2 even though I got one. It's not loud imo. I was powering it at around 400wrms @ 2ohms 1/4 volume and it's doing a lot of excursion and isn't that loud. That dude with four of the new version pioneers were loud. His friend had two P2's and tthey were far from as loud as his did.
