I don't like polygamy because it seems unfair... one man will have multiple spouses but the multiple spouses get stuck with one man. Why should a man have 3 wives but the women only one husband? Where is the variety for the women? If anything I prefer the idea of polyamory or some other alternative. I wouldn't mind my husband having another wife as long as I can have another husband and we call all be married. Brother husbands and sister wives.

@amyleoness He isn't legally married to all of them, only first one. With the other three he had unions which aren't recognized under that law, only under their religion. Basically, they made vows with God, but didn't sign any legal documents. So technically, what they are doing is not illegal.

Polygamy is illegal. In America you can believe what you want, but as far as your actions go, your religious activities have to be within the bounds of law. This makes sense because religion can be literally anything, and if we don't have rules, people can do whatever their crazy minds desire. I think it was dumb for them to come out.
