Actually, the first boss to have an instant kill attack is Harvey Moisetwich Volodarski. If you get trapped in his crate where you have to shake the wiimote or nunchuck and you fail, you die instantly

All you have to do is keep her at arms reach. As far as attacks go, she's just a very tired and predictable Jean or Henry. And once you're good at those two Bad Girl is pretty damn simple in hindsight.
