i think its better that thrashers go to winnipeg cause ice hockey is more famous in canada i mean ya more than 10,000 people came. in atlanta its more about basketball and football and baseball.

a lot of thrashers fan like myself are going to miss the fights and minimum amount of hockey actually played( just a little joke)

@maidenjapan66 Haha there were 75,000 people in Quebec and it wasn't even an annoucement! Winnipeg will do well in the NHL, but Quebec is a better hockey market.

@Multi4335 Im looking forward to the new arena (I wonder what the capcity will be). 2015 seems like a life time away, but Quebec City will get a team soon and the good ol battle for Quebec will be on. I miss those days. Hopefully Canada will get a cup soon too :)
