The ferug is not classified as an eagle. Good looking first year redtail though.

Not on the Migratory Bird act, nor are they listed on the Eagle protection act. They could be Hawk-Eagles.

Thats a Redtailed Hawk... poor squirrel????? Poor bird I bet his tail is froze standing in that snow. If he had not eaten the squirrel the bird would be the dead critter. They don't eat chinese food.....
