how do u download eztoon/easytoon

do download the newest one so far, exept beta go to 'google' type 'easytoons 1.9.8 EN' then clock on first link, then on the page scroll down to get download link that says 'bla bla bla .. . . sumthin ... 1.9.8'

look at the tool select bar, there should be a button that has a black square and a white square at the far left.
