That indeed went out on 3rd October 1990, but that was the *pilot*. This was the start of the first series, and this and the other clip are from the night of Wednesday 2nd January 1991, going into the early hours of Thursday 3rd January.
I had sketched some date ideas next to write ups for all today's clips while compiling them yesterday and on uploading today read them as definitive - which they clearly weren't.
