freerunning/parkour/tricking IF combined with strength training/carido. is seriously the best workout you can get, it trains basicly e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g and apart for being super awesome to watch and do, its all about pushing it as far as you can, and its just a really good thing to get into..
