  • It's funny to imagine what Harley Quinn would have looked like in this series... ;)

  • when i was a kid, i didn't realize how funny this show was meant to be.

  • shaved Robin, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

  • ‘Baby Jane’ is a complete MORON; she sided and defended ‘Joker’, and insulted the other art students, not to mention didn’t even bother to untie any of them as well! The might as well be VILLAIN her self! : /

  • I like intro music

  • sock?

  • I love Adam West's voice.

  • NICE MACHETTE!!!!

  • @flopsytalbo looks like they borrowed parts of this contraption from colonel gumms stamp machine, the spinning weights on the bottom, werent they also on the side of gumm stamp machine?

  • Pallet /knife/? More like pallet MACHETE.

  • The blonde was a terrible actor.

  • @jledford72 who cares about acting? she kind of looks like she could have been Chloe O'briens Mother! lol..

  • An ok video

  • It would have been better if it were Batgirl tied down like that....stripped naked...with no one to save her. Ahhh...X-rated version for the show. Haha.

  • @whazzuphere ah yes, sounds 'delicious' and especailly if batgirl would have been naked and then fed into colonel gums 'stamp' machine! pressing her flat! ooh hee hee...(the joker laugh) and then coming out of the end of the machine,...flattened.. naked, and thigh wide, as she was being thumtacked to the wall!!

  • @3:46 - The Joker has a strict "no fatties" policy.

  • 6:54 thats what she said

  • WHICH GANGSTER WOULD TIE BRUCE WAYNE NEXT TO ROBIN STRAPPED ON A KILLING(/shaving) MACHINE THAT HAS A OFF SWITCH???

  • Run Joker run Joker run run run. Don't let batman kick you up the bum!

  • @KitttyNinja funny...

  • OK, how many of you go the joke at 5:14 "I swear it on a stack of Blueboys"?

  • @michel7773 i did!! LOL

  • @michel7773 "The Blue Boy" by Gainsborough

  • @IstvanN1961 No. That would be the tasteful, artsy reference. "Blueboy" was also a magazine in the late sixties. Not exactly an art magazine. Well, maybe to some people... :)

  • Dude....I can't look at Adam West with a straight face knowing he's the voice of the mayor on Family Guy! *LMAO!!*

  • @PunkVixen85 Yes! And he loves his taffy!

  • @PunkVixen85 adam west kinda looks like him too. lol

  • What a fight!! 5:15

That´s the way Batman! beat the shit out of them!!

  • Ha! How loose was the rope already!

  • hmmmm, blond, pig tails...infatuation with joker...sounds like Harley Quinn...:)

  • I think robin shaves his legs.

  • george clooney worst batman

  • Robin had a beautiful uniform i wonder what those lines were in the middle of his uniform ???????

  • Is baby Jane the first version of Harley Quinn? xD

  • 0:08 that is just way to kinky for me

  • BabyJane is hot.

She has a real nice ass.

  • @The7legacy I agree, isnt the ass delicious! ...could see her nay-ked!!

  • @fwuffy1959

Yeah, I would do some nasty things to babyjane.

  • @The7legacy FORMERLY FWUFFY1959 sez; thinking her and batgirl were lesbians, what cha think?

  • @fwuffy1959

    Maybe they were.

    I would'nt mind having a 3-some with those two.

  • @The7legacy Fast forward to 2002 I think it was- with "24" ...now if we had a remake of the original older Batman series, Mary Lynn Rajskub who played 'Chloe" (she's soooo hot) could be Batgirl! definately Do-a-ble!

not to forget her and "michele" getting it on....

  • Ah, good old days

  • If the blades were so sharp and Robin was tied so tightly, why was he able to escape from the ropes that easily and then tightly grab one of the blades. Oh well

  • wats the use of having such a device if u can stop it so easily............. not only that...... if he cld get away that easily........... he cldave done it inda beginning b4 batman stopd the machine.....

  • This was a very expensive serial. Most other productions did not need special costumes or props. It could be remade in a world where technology was advanced. A special belt emits a wave that stops solid objects like knives and bullets from contacting the wearer. Elaborate costumes worn by opulent lunatics are "conspicuous commodity" as well as disguises. These two try to bring them to the lunatic asylum. Man, that series would be totally cheesy. Sheer camp!

  • cesar sucked as the joker and this d-rate acting cant be compared to jack or heath... still, i guess he did good as the joker for the cards he was dealt (I.E. a REALLY crappy show)

  • saved or shaved LOLZ x)

  • whyyyy so sireous

  • This Joker is a coward,Heath made the best joker!

  • @bobiee36 well if you read some of the earlier comics, jokr was supposedly a faker, he wasnt insane at all, just trying to escape the death penalty if he got caught, so the original character IS a coward. its a misconception that joker has always been crazy

  • WHY HAVE THEY NOT RELEASED THIS ON DVD? It's an outrage.

  • That blondie was cute. =p

  • holy birthday cake holy grail

  • Nananananana FAAATMAN!

  • stop the green foam balls and it all stops? O.o Not very well thought out was it. lol XD love the joker anyway.

  • this remind anyone else of harley quin at the end?

  • that girl is hot as hell.

  • I feel like I'm little all over again!!

Still just as awesome..thank you so much for

    posting these!! LOVE DA JOKER!!!

  • Four swords and they missed both henchmen. Christ, I could put on a cape and be a better superhero than these guys.

  • WHAT A SHOW

  • POW!

  • is it just me or is this version of The Joker very loveable?! ^_^ This was the vintage Joker! I think Jack Nicolsons was the best, but Heaths was the best acting! Although Mark Hamills was the best laugh and voice! I wonder why there hasn`t been a Batman film with Mark Hamill actually playing The Joker in real life! He WAS the Joker! :D

  • @Animalcrossing95 mark was originally gonna play the joker in the dark knight, but he had to back out due to schedualing conflicts

  • lol 'joker! thats not very nice!' haha

  • He wants to make batman watch robin being cut into pieces, he was actually quite sadistic

  • "Well my generosity does not extend to overweight matrons madame!"

    LOL!!!

  • Hear that in the beginning? Joker had Robin on a gigantic Batmobile. :P Thats some nice word play they did!

  • i love this episode and i love the joker! go cesar romero

  • hah, he tried to kill Robin and the only thing they can think of bringing him in for is kidnapping?

  • I think if you pause it at 6:15... What a smile!

  • 6:12 look at the joker's face when he nods

  • Robin coulda been out! Come on nah! LOL Cesar Romero iz my hero!!!

    -Cdub

  • what about Ledger

  • much different joker incarnation though. cesar's playing a "showman" style joker- like he says, he's an "artist"

the joker that actually kills people (including robin) is more of a ledger-style "twisted" joker who's all about causing as much chaos and mayhem with the show as a perk.

  • jack was good as the joker, and heath too, but cesar was amazing, the orginal

  • Hm... I wonder what Harleyquin would have looked like on this show?

  • I wonder what Poison Ivy would have looked like, she'd probably be out killing hippies for plucking flowers or something...

  • 5:23 You had to let them knock you around but you were kicking their asses in Part 1 as well as in the movie, Bruce!!

  • Can the MASKED MAD MATRON of evil be STOPPED by the BOLD BAT?!?

    Stay tuned....

  • Ceaser Romeo refused 2 shave off his mustouche so they painted over it!

  • lol

  • Could Baby Jane protect Joker from attempted murder charge on Robin lol?

  • Where was the proof? It was Robin's word against her "hero" the Joker.

  • les couteau sont vrm po réaliste!!

  • lol. go bruce. stop it with your man boob.

  • best batman shows ever.

  • what was the epi. before this one?

  • Pop Goes The Joker

  • I can't believe Baby Jane Towser fell for that clown prince of crime's tricks.

Surely by now she would of sussed the Joker's criminal activities by his display of antics just now.

    Foolish Woman.

  • Could it be that she's the precurser to Harley Quinn?

  • scene 1 shows mansion location with huge phallic trees balls and all lining the mall stairwell leading upto the front door.

Joker, 'untie me, my hands are getting "stiff"!!!

I swear it on a stack of "blue boys" !

Ass for me, I am not going to press charges. ( Stockholm syndrome)

    Straight to the penitentiary.

    Penit entry.

You and I have been seen together enough ass it is !!!

It was great back then. Interesting now.

  • Joker first you only untie the young one and then lie and manipulate her, you are a scoundrel of the lowest form.

  • A very colorful show, funny characters, great lines and honest heroes, some really crazy actionscenes like that one with the robotshark in the Batman and Robin Movie, and Julie Newmars Catwoman is priceless in this show, Riddler is completely crazy, yes the show is great

  • 6:28, man Mr. J sure is happy!

  • "My generosity doesn't extend to overweight matrons madam".....rofl

  • This is really an under-rated show in many ways. It may be ridiculous on the surface, but has an edge perceptible to this day...and is also a great study in humour, action, drama, t.v. storytelling, t.v. soundtrack, of which it may have the best ever, and cinematography. excellent!

  • Myself I think that this show is worth whatching for more reasons than "imprtant part of history' I mean, some of the story is kinda dark,, for examle, the back story of Mr. Freeze...even though for the most part its just like: Ill take over the world Ha HA hA then they get sent to jail....

  • Hey@ShapeshiftingSally

Yeah, Batman was silly sometimes but, there were some VERY GOOD ACTORS that were on the show.

  • @ShapeshiftingSally I fully agree and in many ways television today suffers for it. There is no storytelling period for most shows (reality television is cheap for a reason), no 'dramas' are willing to make fun of themselves and when there is humor all of that humor to me seems so carefully governed it ceases to really be funny.

Anyway thanks for sharing this great series FanOfBats.

  • Go read comic books of Batman from the 1940's(once Robin was added) through sixties, just like this tv show, Started out dark(1939), got dark again only in the 1970's.

  • You're right. I have some books of Batman stories from the 40s-late 60s and some the stories were campier than these shows.

  • is that even possible?

  • Yes. Some of the comics had them fighting monsters from outer space and even had one scene where Batman and Robin, in costume, ski down a mountain after putting on parkas.

  • I stand corrected.

  • @gfpirate Not to mention a one-shot villain called "The Spinner", who's motis operandi were all kinds of "spinning" objects (buzz saws, fans, tops, etc.).

  • hey man i hope u have a back up account because goodguysbadguys got closed and they had alot of batman episodes. so thank you for posting these episodes!

  • Baby Jane is hot!

  • joker in magenta

  • Is it me or is Baby Jane like the Harley Quinn of the show?

  • oh and lmao

"dats nawt blood! dats red pwaint! mah blood is stwill inswide meh!!!" *throws swords*?? LOL

  • dude this show was in the 60's get ovr it, and by the way batman is not supposed to be like the dark knight, the show is for kids... just sayin

  • This show is basically a parody of Batman. 20th Century Fox wanted to make a Batman show, and they offered the producing job to a guy who hates comic books, so he made a big joke out of the whole thing.

  • That is just not true.

  • As far as I know, it is. William Dozier, who produced the show, hated comic books, and he thought the only way it would work is as a comedy.

  • Read the comics of the '60s--specifically 1965 onward--again. The show was based on *that*, not vice versa. The '50s and all the sci-fi/alien elements were probably worse.

Dozier also produced The Green Hornet, and that was a straight, serious detective show.

  • I realize the comics of that era were silly, but this show is a comedy. It might have inadvertently lived up to the spirit of the comics of the time, but William Dozier did set out to make this a comedy because he didn't think a serious, non-camp interpretation would work.

  • I agree. People that saw this at the time watched it because it was funny. Or at least the mainstream did. The "hardcore" fans would beg to differ, but the real fans understand and embrace this silliness as part of the Caped Crusader's history :-D I love it.

  • @FanOfBats I'd like to know the source of information LeadCeno is using.

  • @FanOfBats yeah, it was deff campy, fun, thats for sure. BUT it was never a big joke.

  • in addition to producing Batman and The Green Hornet, Dozier was almost ready in 1967 to bring Wonder Woman to the screen. The preposterous test of WW is here on Youtube to enjoy or detest. But credit to Dozier for bringing these characters to the screen in any kind of form.

  • I'm not attacking the show or anything, just responding to someone who mentioned the show being cheesy and stupid.

  • Great Joker!

  • BRILLIANT!!!! Neil in California

  • I always thought it was weird how they tilted the cameras.

  • its just a little parody...they only TILT the cameras with the villains, which are supposed to have CROOKED minds...get it? TILTED/CROOKED

  • oh god a chair stops batman.

  • theme song is very corny and no violence ={

  • LMAO! Overweight Matrons!

  • yea the character is based on the actual guy and voiced by him

  • Bruce Wayne sounds like Adam West off of family guy.

  • could it be because Adam West in family guy is voiced by Adam West who played Bruce Wayne?

  • i didnt know the joker was a latin guy...

  • how fucking stupid is that, if he got loose like that when he was not spinnin then he could have done the same while he was spinning....fucking stupid...

  • well yes, but then there wouldn't be a show :p

  • another great episode!

    Thanks FanOfBats

  • the movie joker said it best.

"I am the world first fully funtional homicidle artist. I make untile someone dies"
