You purified your water from biological life, but not chemical pollutants. The Steripen is only the last part of filtering water. That bottle you are using causes cancer. You should use stainless steel bottles, PET plastic bottles are cancer causing, as is the harder old water bottles made for hiking that contain BHA. time to throw out all the old plastic and look for safer bottles.
