@marlboroman3692 and they hold try to their warranty. I have a 1st generation 995 and after 10 plus years I had a break down. Hi Point replaced 20 plus parts and all I had to pay for was shipping. They did however replace my after market stock with one of their own and mailed my after market one back to me. So on that I ended up with two stocks, actually 3 if you consider the original.
somebody needs to do an abuse test on one of these. Im looking for a affordable carbine i can carry in the field. The hi point looks nice but i dont know if it will be able to take the abuse it will go though in my hands. I want to see how it shoots with 100s of rounds non stop. Drag it though the mud and fire. Shoot it in a dusty enviornment. If it survives though all this ill connsider buying one.

The only time time mine ever jammed was when I tried using a 15-round pro-mag.

yea turns out my 9 mill rifle clips fit in my 9 mill handgun soo its extended by 2 or 3 rounds .. but its only with high point guns

It's got the same fire power as a 9mm handgun. It shoots 9mm ammunition. I've killed groundhogs, squirrels and rabbits with it if that helps.
