@fitzgeraldinovitz have you ever been a tech entrepreneur? Sadly we only see 5-10% women - and most of them are just not crazy engineers working on pet projects. If there were more women, they would be welcomed, but there aren't. And don't blame the men for that. Blame the women.

Big business pays token attention to women simply because government demands it - a demand made in response to the incessant whinging of feminist children. The truth is though, that no matter how high feminists scream, it will never make women more intelligent than men. Begin accepted into the workplace of men does not mean you are as intelligent as men. Neither does screaming 'sexism' whenever it suits you. Go sell some buns.
