  • Look, I'm white which means I'm most likely to be a victim of a 'hate crime'

so you have to ask yourself why myself and just about every other white person globally thinks these hate crime laws are unnecessary at best.

  • hate crime punishes the bias targeting in a crime

the HB does not punish speech

  • This video wasn't as insane as I thought it'd be. The only thing I disagree with is I don't think a school or business should be preaching about homosexuality being wrong.

  • Fuck you ADL! Hope you burn.

  • It is only acceptable to HATE straight white Christians.

  • CHRISTIANS DON'T HAVE FREE SPEECH IN AMERICA AND THAT'S COLD HARD TRUTH.

  • @MsBatista85 So when is the last time you were arrested and charged with a hate crime for speaking about your Christian beliefs?

  • Like this if you think this guy is the real terrorist

  • Holder hides behind the word "history".Well history indicates that in the last 40 years interracial crime is exclusively black-on-white. There is virtually no white-on-black violent crime today. And because blacks are immune to hate crime laws and there is no deterrent, blacks are freely targeting and attacking White people at increasing rate. Herds of rioting negroes are brutalizing White people across USA. 35,000 white women raped by blacks yearly. Media is silent. Where is the outrage?

  • ". . .And because blacks are immune to hate crime laws . . ."

Tha's not what the law says:

    HR 1913 states in part:

    (A) constitutes a crime of violence;

    (B) constitutes a felony under the State, local, or tribal laws; and

    (C) is motivated by prejudice based on the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of the victim, or is a violation of the State, local, or tribal hate crime laws.

  • @jfsfrnd - Oh yeah? Of the thousands of black-on-white violent crimes that are committed, cite one single case where the negroes who targeted and attacked White victims was prosecuted as a hate crime.

  • @ImperialWizardOfOz Google "black charged hate crime" There are valid news stories. You do know how to use Google, right?

  • @jfsfrnd It seems 6 months have gone by and he couldn't find one. I guess you win.

  • @girzwald3 I didn't come here to win. I came here to dispel misinformation.

  • @ImperialWizardOfOz u got that right dude how about the knoxville murders or the wichita massacre

  • @ImperialWizardOfOz yeah dude ur right on the money

  • "What really will happen if a federal hate bill is passed?"

Answer: Absolutely nothing. We've had it for nearly six months now, and nothing you said would happen actually happened. Christians still have the same rights now as they did before this law passed.

  • Its insane that theres been 8 people to vote they do not like this video! I'd bet these same 8 also flagged this. Is it any wonder these types of vids that may reflect badly on Jews & Jewish organizations, always disappear! YEt I find tons of african, latino,& muslim hate speech vids towards whites all over YT. I hate that hypocrisy. Jews hate non-jewish whites more than anyone else, especially CHristians. You need to make the distinction between jews and non jewish whites.

  • The very words you use VOX91 is hatefull and violent. This bill is a joke protecting people who are afraid to get their feelings hurt. : (

  • He's just worried that a hate crimes law might restrict his ability to preach hate and incite violence among the ignorant redneck scum in his church.

  • And likewise also the men leaving the natural use of the woman burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that RECOMPENCE of their ERROR which was MEET. ROMANS 1:27 (read it)

  • But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?BUT WE (saved sinners) HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. 1COR.2:15&16

  • Ain't you a HATEFUL person??God have mercy on you. (Your gonna need it)

  • god? who's god ted? your god? maybe! there are many gods in the world that people believe in so please be more specific. do you mean your fag/other religion hating god? you should be happy for america that the bill was passed so that america might be 7,500 crimes less per year. congrats america on your new bill, you have caught up with the rest of the civilized world !!!

  • they have not really caught up yet..... they still burn witches and still have problems with racisim.... America is the only country to go from nothing to excess with no civilization in between

  • the scripture in the book of revelation that matches the year

20-09 or say it like this 20:9

Rev 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

  • wanto know more about this law

read matthew 24 then read Daniel 12

let me proscribe this medication take 1 24mg of Matthew

    and 1 12mg of Daniel

take in with eyes understand with heart consider and repent

    THE MORE YOU KNOW

  • Amen Brother!!

  • Thanks Ted for your hard work.

  • THE BILL WAS PASSED!!!!!

Youtube already took off all of my videos where I speak against homosexuality!!!

I didn't even promote hate, violence, or profanity!!! THEN WHY WERE MY VIDEOS TAKEN OFF???!!!!! THEN GOES FREEDOM OF SPEECH RIGHT OUT THE FUCKING WINDOW!!! WAKE THE FUCK UP AMERICA!!!!

  • ha ha here comes the big bad gay agenda! The agenda where we feel safe walking down the street

  • And you are a Reverend?

hey, you should be in the senate protecting America

    godspeed Ted

  • WOW excellent video

    dark times we are living

  • Westboro Baptist should be banned from protesting anywhere and at any LGBT funeral.

  • Yes! They're so spiteful.

  • I know americans love their culture of freedom, but there should be a limit to free speech. Some things should just not be said.

  • I agree with you.

  • no, you should be able to say whatever you want to.

  • That's your opinion, and I think what you just said shouldn't be said, yet you say your against full freedom of speech, why? because you have the freedom to say what you just said. Words don't kill people. Violent actions kill people. If words have power over you, than that's your problem that you allow people to have power over you through words. Personally I can give a rats ass about what people think of me, and therefore there words hold no power over me!!!!

  • If there was "a limit" it wouldn't be free speech.

  • This video is stupid.

  • I guess Kennedy does not include killing a women while drinking and driving over a bridge and lying about it a hate crime.

I guess it is ok for a priviledged few to avoid obeying laws and suffering penalties. So I guess he is a perfect person to support a law that promises not to infringe on free speech. I'm sorry!! Did this seem hatefull? I do know his actions were hurtful. Kennedy got away with murder. Now it's death to our culture. Can we talk about this and for how long?

  • Aye to S.909

" OFFENSES INVOLVING ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY, OR DISABILITY"

Yet still allows freedom of speech.

  • 3. You will only be subject to prosecution for inciting a violent act if the "conversation" that someone overhears involved saying that gay people should be killed or harmed in some other way. If it is your deeply held belief that gay people should be killed, the law does not allow you to act on that belief, or to suggest that others act according to that belief. The same is true of suggesting that someone of ANY sexual orientation, race, religion, gender, etc. should be killed or harmed.

  • esteller, you are very naive. Who mainipulates the press is who truly will control this law. Do you know that my irish wife (according to the ADL) ia a racist because of Irish folklore symbols hanging in our house. THe ADL claims these are hate and racist symbols. WHY? Is it because the Irish culture is white? I'm not being a smart ass I just can't understand the need for the law or the ADL's opinion and intrusion into my lifestyle. I will choose what I speak about. The gvmnt, WILL NOT.

  • 2.1. Oh, and btw, about the "quoting the Bible passages" about homosexuals... I seem to recall one in there about putting homosexuals to death... that counts as endorsing violence. I'm pretty sure that THAT was the bit that was causing people problems. If the Bible said, "You should kill all black people" or, as it does, all adultresses, you wouldn't be allowed to stand on the corner and say that either.

  • 1. Speaking as a Christian myself, if people apply that passage (Leviticus 20:13) to today, they are dumb. Levitical Law applied to and only to the Israelites at a specific time for a specific purpose. The Israelites were to live a blameless life in accordance to their covenant with God. But they began following the idolatrous practices of the neighboring nations. Sexual sin not only spread disease, but also destroyed families, and drove people (and the nation) away from God and his protection.

  • 2. Although the world now lives under a new covenant (that is, Jesus), the law (penalty) has been abolished (Matthew 5:17), but what was a sin then, is still a sin now, except those which have been clearly laid out throughout the New Testament. But judgment is God's role, not man's.

  • 2. Speaking as a homosexual, I can promise that I do NOT want for it to be illegal for people to criticize sexual activity of any kind, as long as their criticism is of the verbal, non-violence-inciting variety. Free speech means that you may say "I hate gay people," but you may not incite people to violence against gay people or anyone else for that matter, and you can't physically harm them. It's sad that some people say cruel things, but I will never challenge their legal right to say them.

  • Okay, a few points (well, maybe more than a few...)

    1. Using the figure 7500 out of 13,000,000 is misleading, because the 13,000,000 includes ALL types of crimes, including the most minor, non-violent ones. Hate crimes are almost always more serious in their nature, and often violent. If you were to put up the ratio of hate crimes: other violent crimes, you'd get a much higher percentage.

  • The criminal act is not being punished, it the thought the violent act that is being punished. It becomes a federal case, worthy of a longer sentence because of the motivation or thought behind it. Also the law itself will be used a pretext to investigate those who express what you might consider hatred of gays, the disabled or blacks. It therefore deters free speech and has a chilling effect.

  • Just passed the House -US House passes "hate crime" bill that Bush opposed

    Reuters - ‎41 minutes ago‎

By Thomas Ferraro WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Democratic-led US House of Representatives Wednesday approved an expansion of federal "hate crime" laws -- an effort that former Republican President George W. Bush had opposed.

  • worst bill ever.

    I hope it doesn't pass.

  • LOL! Ya know, I was actually going to give this video serious consideration until the pics of the drag queens and half naked gay boys.

The first amendment protects speech, even hate-speech. So until they get rid of the first amendment, you have nothing to worry about.

  • The gov't will continue to protect drag queens and half naked boys, and also pedophiles. However any criticism of the same will be reclassified hate speech.. Comparing it to black on white crime, which is a virtual genocide, gays are probably the safest population in America, but of course the Jews want to give them more protections to create division. It will be the Jew lawyers Disneyland.

  • No, it will not.

There is NOTHING in any hate crimes bills that makes any thought, writing or verbal communication legal. It is about violent acts. That's it.

  • Violent acts are already illegal, this is law punishes the thought behind it. So as now blacks murdering each other is barely noticed, blacks murdering whites is not mentioned at all, and covered up but whites killing blacks is front page news and brings the FBI on top of you as well as rabble rousers like Sharpton. We have also seen how these laws operate in Britain and Canada. Now that homosexuals are equal to straights, won't it be necessary to teach gay sex in the sex ed classes?

  • Uh... let's see...

hate crimes bill = sex education?

    NO.

The main reason that people are upset about this isn't because it "punishes thought" but because it included protection based on gender ID and sexual orientation... real or perceived.

It's almost as if opponents of this bill want the right to keep violence against someone in these groups legal.

Let's remember that the bill includes race, religion, gender, etc. I haven't heard one argument talking about that. It's always about gay.

  • Again, violent acts are already illegal. All of the cases cited where gays were killed were prosecuted. Some of the perps took life in prison rather than face death row. So why is FEDERAL legislation needed to protect gays?

  • See. You've brought it back to "gay" You don't seem to be concerned with the other groups. BTW, the word queer gay transgender or homosexual appears nowhere in the bill.

Yes, violent acts are already illegal. But, If hate crimes laws prevent anyone from being a victim of violent crime then it's successful. If it doesn't, then no harm done in making it a law.

  • Plenty of harm in creating a law that is not needed. It has a chilling effect on free speech and will lead to more bureaucracy for the police. The cops in NYC already have a hate crimes unit, which sits around all day eating donuts. This will only make them fatter leading to diabetes and heart disease. All because of the gay. As if AIDS was not enough.

  • Once again. Hate crime laws have nothing to do with speech. Only violent actions.

  • If i bash your head in out of love or affection, to eliminate a potential witness or because I just enjoy the bloodshed, it's not a hate crime. It's not a hate crime unless the police inquire into the motivation of the perpetrator, so of course speech and free expression are involved. The government is in infringing on the protected right to despise gays, blacks and the disabled and encourage hatred of them as protected by the US Constitution.

  • You still have the right to hate gays as much as your heart desires.

So in other words, you're saying since spoken words are involved in finding out the if motivation behind a violent crime is because of race, relgion etc. that makes it about speech?

    Wow.

That is some mighty fine (or idiotic) twisting of words.

Yet again (I feel like a broken record) HR 1913 is about violent acts. Not speech, written or spoken.

You can still hate anyone and talk about how much you love hating them!

  • Excellent video!

  • The GOD I worship does not teach HATE. He teaches love and tolerance and compassion for ALL not just a select few.

  • God teaches first of all to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind. That is the greatest Commandment, and we are taught to do this by obeying God's commands. Love your neighbor as yourself is important, but not as important as the first commandment listed above.

  • You worship a false god.

  • If people would just stop being ignorant we wouldn't have any problems at all. No one should have the right to harm another I do not care who you are or who you represent. There seems to be a homosexual hatred here that I can not and will never understand. Who are we to judge? Do not judge for it is how you shall be judged. Just a thought.

  • That's not what the Bible says, if you are trying to refer to the Bible. The Bible is against hypocritical judging, such as Jesse Jackson counseling Bill Clinton on adultery when he was out committing adultery himself...Jesus once said to "judge righteous judgement." Also, sometimes accepting sin is NOT the loving thing to do for someone.

  • Great video ! I think that France makes

    part of it also.

    Thanks

  • I wrote my Congressman and also plan on contacting him on HR1022 - look that one up. I'll pass the word thanks, Bo

  • Fuck'em... I can't stand to see this shit anymore. They all plan to destroy us. They let them in, Let them run, Let them own. and take back from them later. We all let these people do it. And now they have more then plenty of cops to make it happen. They all allow to employ themselves later to go get them.

  • Please get involved,our freedoms rest on this one like no other. 1 8 7 7 8 5 1 6 4 3 7 Because,"If we don't believe in freedom of expression for

people we despise, we don't believe in it at all."

We can make a change if we just try. And praying never hurts.

    Psssst..., spread the word
