Every family in the world has those who are perceived to have failed and those who are perceived to have succeeded. We actually know nothing of what he has or hasn't done for his Kenyan family. I come from an African family where my father was the success story. He has spent his whole life extending a helping hand to his siblings and even raising and educating some of their children. It is the African way. With his help some have succeeded and some have failed. It is also down to the individual.

Even the accumulative salaries of two terms doesn't build up to that much. You might think "oh presidents, they are the head of heads so they must live like gods". They don't. A bureaucrat is a bureaucrat and frankly they don't get paid that much at all. Individually, they are intellectually challenged, but collectively they are unbelievably clever.

Barack Obama's father was a alcoholic dead beat with 7 children from 4 different women. Barack was conceived and born while his father was married to an Kenyan woman. Barack only meet his father once when he was about 10 and he meet his Kenyan family members for the first time when he was in his early 20s.
