Just bought a diffuser to try the exact same thing. Hopefully my airpump is strong enough.

Looking to make my aquarium uses all glass/transparent equipments. Making it like some serious science thingy :)

Nano diffusers require quite high pressure to force the gas through the disc, so I bet this is putting quite a large strain on your air pump. I wouldn't do this.

This is what i wanted!! I bought a co2 diffuser thinking it was some cool air stone, plugged it into my air pump and nothing came out, nada.

Try to repeat this, it looks great. I don't know long this can work before diffuser needs to be clear, but it worths to try :)
