I have this one. it has an Eastsheen mechanism. the only deference is the center piece, you cannot deteached it unlike an ES, and also the size. its like a rubik's 5x5x5 or bigger. but the quality is really awesome. it doesn't pop and it turns great. better than rubik's 4x4x4 but ES is still the best.
Sounds like it. I have an Eastsheen/Mefferts as well. Even though it feels pretty loose, it's actually more durable than the cheap quality made in china Winning Moves brand.
good job. there is one thing i would like to say though about speed stacks. the people that do speed stacks think its as hard as doing a rubiks cube. has anyone else noticed that.
I've done cup stacking before, and for me, it's not as hard technically as the cube is (memorize a few sequences for the cups as opposed to a bunch of sequences for the cube). It's only hard to get fast at cup stacking.
Ah, the Meffert's version. Isn't this version supposed to be more durable than the Rubik's version? I dropped mine on concrete and a few pieces jarred loose, but I put it back together and it was fine.
omg amizing

Silicone spray is better.

if u can do 4x4x4 and 5x5x5, u can do any cube larger than that. therefore, it's not really anything that'd be new...
